"Our Kitchen to Your Kitchen" Black Duck Taco Company was created by 3 New Jersey friends living in Florida. Chef Andrew Nguyen is the go to flavor guy. He is originally from Manasquan, NJ and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park NY. He has worked and owned innovative restaurants from NYC to Key West Florida. Sean Kennedy is Andrew's childhood friend and the watchful eye in the kitchen and Front of the House. Patty Mango is the product catalyst and taste tester. The Black Duck Taco Company Menu is unique and incorporates the same flavors you can purchase to take home and add to your very own menu creations. We offer, marinades, savory jams, chutneys and tapenades.
